    • Initial release: a 3D light aircraft you can operate — Controls mode (ailerons, elevator, rudder, each showing its primary effect, then a short secondary-effect note), Axes & Stability mode (the three aircraft axes, an isolate-and-rotate demonstration in both directions, an optional Kebab Stick view, and what each axis's associated stability means), and a Quiz mode using the same visual model.
    • Fixed camera views (side, rear, top/front) plus a limited, clamped drag-to-orbit so you can look around without losing your bearings.
    • Switchable labels, control-surface highlighting that never relies on colour alone, touch-friendly controls, and a plain-message fallback if your browser can't run WebGL.
    • This is the MVP scope from the brief. The "Explain Why" arrows/lift/drag overlay, the interactive gust/disturb-and-recover stability demonstration, a larger question bank, saved progress and an instructor mode are all deferred to a later phase.

This is a visual teaching aid for ground school and post-lesson revision — it uses simplified, predetermined animations rather than real flight dynamics, and it does not replace your instructor, the AFM/POH or how your specific aircraft actually handles.

What this tool is (and isn't)

This trainer uses simplified, predetermined animations to make the primary and secondary effects of the controls, the aircraft's three axes, and basic static stability easier to picture — it is not a flight simulator and does not model real aerodynamics, aircraft-specific handling or aerodynamic coefficients. Treat it as a revision aid alongside your instructor and ground school, not a substitute for either. Explanations follow UK training terminology for PPL/NPPL students; always defer to your instructor and current CAA guidance where anything here seems to disagree with what you've been taught for your specific aircraft.
