Reserve basis used by this planner

The planner displays the CAA Part-NCO planning benchmarks of 10 minutes for a qualifying day-VFR local flight, 30 minutes for other day-VFR flights, and 45 minutes for night VFR. For non-Part-21 aircraft, these are presented as planning benchmarks rather than a claim that the same fixed legal minimum applies in every case.
