Gloucestershire Airport (EGBJ) runs PPR slot bookings from a shared spreadsheet. It's useful, but a 21-column grid isn't a fun thing to read on a phone before you call for a slot. This pulls the same live sheet and lays it out clearly: free slots in green, booked slots simply marked as taken (no one else's registration is shown), a choice of IFR, VFR and Helicopter movements to show, and a one-line summary of your own aircraft's bookings instead of hunting for it in the grid.

How this tool sources its data
Gloucestershire Airport publishes its live traffic/slot sheet ("EGBJ Traffic Spreadsheet") as a read-only Excel Online link, one tab per day. Nothing is fetched automatically or in the background. Only when you click Refresh, change day, or check a registration does this tool re-download that same published sheet on the server side and re-lay it out as a plain table, instead of scraping a screenshot or copying numbers in by hand. So a click gets you genuinely live bookings, not a stale snapshot, without polling the airport's spreadsheet when nobody's actually looking at this page.
This tool deliberately shows less than the airport's own sheet: it never displays another pilot's registration, only whether a slot is free or booked. Enter your own aircraft's registration in "Check your bookings" and the server checks it against that day's sheet on your behalf. Only slots matching your aircraft come back marked as yours, and no one else's registration ever leaves the server to reach this page. A "Your bookings" summary lists every matching slot (departure, arrival, circuit and so on) directly, and Helicopter movements stay out of the table entirely until you tick the "Helicopter" box above it.
This is a convenience mirror of the airport's own sheet, not an official booking system and not affiliated with Gloucestershire Airport. A slot showing as free here isn't reserved for you. Always confirm and book through the airport's normal PPR/briefing process before you plan around it. If the airport ever changes how it shares this sheet, this tool may temporarily show stale or missing data until it's updated to match.
